Booking Requests

You can make a booking request either by :

Filling in the online booking form on the left
Downloading the booking form and sending it to us by fax/post/email

In either case you must read and accept the Glentrek Booking Terms and Conditions.

We will confirm availability by email (or post if you prefer) giving you a reference number and details on methods of payment. At this point we will ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

For holidays this is £70 except for the East Highland Trek (£100) and Bunkhouse Breaks (£30) For other bookings the deposit is 25% of the total.

Once the deposit is received we will send you an invoice showing the deposit paid and balance still due and the date due (6 weeks before the holiday/activity begins). If the balance is not paid by the date requested the booking will be cancelled.

If you are booking less than six weeks before the holiday or activity then the full price is due at time of booking.

Note: We use Paypal for electronic payments but you don't need a Paypal account - you can use Paypal to pay by Visa/Mastercard/Amex etc. We'll give you the details when we receive your booking request.
